Jakes Story.
In 2001, I got motivated to change my lifestyle, begin eating better and stay committed to exercise. The most dramatic changes, however, came in the first week, losing 7kgs. I needed nothing else to motivate me that was it. I was hooked. Twelve months later I has amazing lost 30kgs. I must say I did it the hard way EXCERSIZE and eating right is the only way to successfully lose weight and keep it off for life.
Eating right didn’t mean starving myself either, I actually ate more than I did when I was overweight. I ate more healthy foods and more of it.
In the beginning personal training at the gym was tough, but the feeling you get after you work out is intense.
